If I didn't read the article I sould have sworn to cheap photoshopping. (still I suppose one could be skeptical), but apparently there is one set of back legs and a tail that must be either underneath of on the other side...
I saw the thing on Fox News on Monday, it shares a digestive system, so....yeah. It basically has 2 head, 2 set of front legs, then it fuses toward the middle and has one tail and, well, one way out for poo! So there you go.
