You know what makes me angry!? It's when people take windblown sand that came from a beach and put it back on the beach where it came from! A-holes!
That's why I was glad to see on DrudgeReport that the UK is cracking down on criminal scumbags who take windblown sand that came from a beach and put it back on the beach.
They call it "fly-tipping," and I don't know what that means. But it's criminal and it means that if you take windblown sand that came from a beach and put it back on the beach, you're going straight to prison where dirtwads like you belong!
I hope "fly-tipping" isn't like "cow-tipping." Something had to be done about those cows, and tipping them seems to be the only solution. No one should go to jail for that!

I did something like this at one time, by myself. Later, I was so upset about what I had done. It was hard for me to sleep for some days after.

To place sand on soft beach, why crime? Beach not be there too long if mans not put sand.
