Evil Squirrels Update

The squirrels in my attic have been exterminated, and power restored to the kitchen.

However, this does not, by any means, mean that the threat posed by evil squirrels has passed.

Not by a long shot.

True story-- my dad, because he is a humane man, decided years ago to confront the squirrl in his trash problem by trapping them and setting them free in a local park. The rest of us thought he should have spray painted the tails to see if they were coming back, but I digress. Anyhow, the squirrls did not take too well knowing that their days would be numbered in the garden of eden that was my parents' trash can. The time had come for them to fight back. One sunny morning, as my father sat peacefully on his patio, enjoying his cup of coffee and newspaper, one such renegade took a half eaten apple, ran it up a tree, and attempted to bomb my father with a granny smith. I'm happy to report that the evil minded rodent missed, though I suspect dad did step up his efforts to "catch and release", because I never did hear of any subsequent retaliation on the part of the squirrl population. However, be warned. They are ruthless, using what they want to get you, they hold grudges, but find some comfort in the fact that it seems they have really bad aim.
