The President is back from his whirlwind tour of South America, and while he may claim to be glad to be back home, one can hardly blame him for looking back longingly on those heady days spent wearing his ugly sweater and packing crates of delicious South American cabbages.Look at the picture: have you ever seen a President so happy in a photo op?
